1. Overview
AstroCollege and the International Academy of Astrology, referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “AstroCollege”, “IAA”, “the College”, “we”, “us” or “our”, provide online astrology education through live classes, recorded courses, individual course enrolments, structured professional study, self-paced learning and continuing education resources.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all students, members and users who enrol in, purchase, access or participate in any AstroCollege course, learning plan, tuition plan, educational resource, community area, live class, recorded class or related service.
By registering for, purchasing, accessing or participating in any AstroCollege offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
AstroCollege operates primarily through a traditional pay-per-course education model. Students may enrol in individual courses, workshops or seminars as they become available and pay the applicable tuition and fees for each course separately.
Students seeking professional astrology education normally begin with Astrology Essentials, which provides the foundation for further study within the AstroCollege Professional Astrology Curriculum.
Following commencement or completion of Astrology Essentials, eligible students may discuss the option of entering the Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan. This is a structured twelve-month tuition arrangement intended for serious students undertaking live instructor-led professional study.
AstroCollege also offers two flexible self-paced learning options:
the Personal Astrology Pathway, which provides access to recorded self-paced courses; and
the Astrology Learning Library, which provides access to recorded lectures, seminars, workshops and other continuing education resources.
These self-paced learning options operate through recurring monthly payments and may be discontinued in accordance with the relevant sections of these Terms & Conditions.
Different payment, access, cancellation, refund and participation conditions apply depending on the course, learning option or tuition arrangement selected. Students are responsible for reviewing the applicable course description, enrolment information and these Terms & Conditions before making a payment or commencing study.
AstroCollege reserves the right to establish academic prerequisites, determine course sequencing, set enrolment limits, allocate instructors, amend schedules and make reasonable administrative decisions necessary for the effective delivery and continued development of its educational programs.
2. How AstroCollege Education Works
AstroCollege has been established as a professional educational institution offering structured astrology education through a range of learning options designed to meet the varying goals of its students.
For students seeking a structured and comprehensive astrology education, Astrology Essentials – Foundation Course is the recommended entry point into the AstroCollege curriculum. Regardless of previous experience or prior study, this foundation course establishes the common terminology, learning methods and educational framework used throughout AstroCollege's Professional Astrology Curriculum. It provides a consistent educational foundation from which students may confidently progress into more advanced studies.
Following completion of Astrology Essentials – Foundation Course, students may continue their education in the manner most appropriate to their individual goals.
AstroCollege offers the following educational options:
2.1 Individual Course Enrolment
Students may enrol in individual courses on a pay-per-course basis. This option provides maximum flexibility, allowing students to select and complete courses individually without any ongoing tuition commitment.
2.2 Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan
Students who are committed to completing AstroCollege's structured Professional Astrology Curriculum may choose to enter the Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan.
The Tuition Plan has been established to provide an affordable method of paying tuition through manageable monthly payments while participating in a structured program of live instructor-led education.
Because participation under the Tuition Plan requires curriculum planning, instructor allocation, semester scheduling and ongoing academic administration, enrolment is based upon a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months and is subject to the additional Terms & Conditions set out in Section 6 of this document.
2.3 Personal Astrology Pathway
The Personal Astrology Pathway has been designed for students wishing to study astrology for personal interest through recorded, self-paced learning.
Students may commence or discontinue monthly payments at any time in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Personal Astrology Pathway does not include live instructor-led classes, structured semester progression or participation in the Professional Astrology Curriculum.
A student participating in the Personal Astrology Pathway, can at any time purchase additional Instructor led courses in addition if they choose to do so at any time.
2.4 Astrology Learning Library
The Astrology Learning Library provides continuing access to AstroCollege's growing collection of recorded lectures, seminars, workshops and educational resources.
The Learning Library is intended for continuing education and self-directed study and is available through flexible monthly payments.
2.5 Progression Between Learning Options
Students may move between AstroCollege's various learning options as their educational goals change.
Completion of Astrology Essentials does not oblige a student to continue into professional studies, nor does enrolment in the Professional Astrology Pathway prevent a student from subsequently returning to individual course enrolment or self-paced learning where appropriate.
AstroCollege reserves the right to determine prerequisite requirements, course sequencing and eligibility for entry into particular educational programs in order to maintain the academic integrity of its curriculum.
3. Individual Course Enrolments (Pay-Per-Course)
Individual Course Enrolment is the primary method by which students undertake study at AstroCollege.
Students may enrol in individual courses as they become available and pay the published tuition and any applicable fees for each course separately. Each course constitutes a separate enrolment and is not dependent upon the purchase of any additional course, learning plan or tuition arrangement unless a prerequisite has been specified.
Where prerequisite knowledge or previous study is required, this will be clearly identified within the course description. AstroCollege reserves the right to determine whether a student has satisfied any prerequisite requirements prior to enrolment.
Unless otherwise stated, enrolment in an individual course includes access to all scheduled live classes associated with that course, together with any accompanying course materials, recordings and educational resources specified in the course description.
Individual courses are delivered within scheduled teaching periods determined by AstroCollege. Students are responsible for ensuring they are available to participate in the course at the advertised dates and times prior to enrolment.
Students who are unable to attend one or more live classes may access the recorded class as part of their enrolment. The availability of recordings does not alter the scheduled delivery of the course or entitle a student to alternative live tuition.
Completion of an individual course does not automatically enrol a student into any subsequent course, learning plan or tuition arrangement. Students wishing to continue their studies may enrol in the next available course, continue their education on a pay-per-course basis, or, where eligible, discuss entry into the Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan.
AstroCollege reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, combine or cancel a course where minimum enrolment numbers have not been achieved, where instructor availability changes, or where circumstances beyond the College's reasonable control prevent the course from proceeding as scheduled. Where this occurs, students will be offered an alternative class, a transfer to a future intake, or a refund in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Enrolment in an individual course is personal to the registered student and may not be transferred, assigned or shared with another person without the prior written approval of AstroCollege.
4. Tuition, Fees & Payments
4.1 Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are published for each course, learning option and tuition arrangement and are displayed on the AstroCollege website or associated enrolment materials at the time of registration.
Unless otherwise stated, all tuition fees are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of purchase and are payable in accordance with the selected payment method.
AstroCollege reserves the right to amend tuition fees from time to time. Any changes will apply only to future enrolments and will not affect students who have already enrolled or commenced a current billing period.
4.2 Course Fees
The total amount payable for an individual course may include one or more of the following:
Tuition fees;
Administrative fees;
Required course materials;
Electronic course manuals (eBooks);
Printed materials (where applicable); and
Any other fees specifically identified within the course description.
The applicable fees for each course will be clearly displayed prior to enrolment.
4.3 Administrative Fees
Where an administrative fee applies, it contributes towards the operational costs associated with delivering AstroCollege's educational pathways, including but not limited to:
Student enrolment administration;
Course scheduling;
Learning platform administration;
Website operation and maintenance;
Student records management;
Academic administration; and
General educational support services.
Unless otherwise required by law, administrative fees are non-refundable.
4.4 Course Materials
Certain courses require students to purchase or receive specific learning materials, including electronic course manuals (eBooks), printed manuals or other educational resources.
Where course materials form part of the enrolment, this will be clearly stated within the course description.
Unless otherwise required by law, fees relating to electronic course materials, printed materials and other downloadable educational resources are non-refundable once access has been provided.
4.5 Payment Methods
AstroCollege accepts payment through the payment methods made available during the enrolment process.
Payment must be successfully received before enrolment is confirmed unless an approved payment arrangement has been entered into with AstroCollege.
Students are responsible for ensuring that payment details remain current and that sufficient funds are available where recurring monthly payments apply.
4.6 Monthly Payments
Monthly payments apply only to the following learning options:
Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan;
Personal Astrology Pathway; and
Astrology Learning Library.
The terms governing each monthly payment arrangement are set out in the relevant sections of these Terms & Conditions.
Monthly payments relating to the Professional Astrology Pathway form part of a structured tuition arrangement and are not equivalent to the flexible monthly payment arrangements available under the Personal Astrology Pathway or the Astrology Learning Library.
4.7 Taxes and Government Charges
Where applicable, tuition fees and other charges may include Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), sales taxes or other government-imposed charges as required by the jurisdiction in which the transaction occurs.
Any applicable taxes will be displayed where required by law.
4.8 Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are charged in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.
Students are responsible for any currency conversion charges, bank fees or transaction costs imposed by their financial institution.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Scope
This Refund Policy applies to individual course enrolments (pay-per-course) unless otherwise stated.
Separate payment, cancellation and withdrawal provisions apply to the Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan, the Personal Astrology Pathway and the Astrology Learning Library and are outlined in the relevant sections of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Refund Eligibility
Students who enrol in an individual course may request a refund of the tuition component of their enrolment in accordance with the following schedule.

Students are entitled to a 100% refund of the tuition fee.

Printed course materials;
Downloadable educational resources;

Any other non-tuition charges identified at the time of enrolment.
5.4 Exceptional Circumstances
AstroCollege recognises that genuine unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent a student from commencing or completing a course.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
Serious illness or injury;
Bereavement;
Significant family emergencies;
Natural disasters;
Military service;
Other compassionate circumstances beyond the student's reasonable control.
Students seeking special consideration should submit a written request to [email protected] together with any supporting information they believe relevant.
Each request will be considered individually.
Approval of any refund, transfer or alternative enrolment arrangement remains entirely at the discretion of AstroCollege.
5.5 Course Transfers
Rather than requesting a refund, students may request to transfer their enrolment to a future offering of the same course.
Transfer requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to:
available class places;
instructor availability;
curriculum changes; and
approval by AstroCollege.
Approval of a transfer is not automatic.
5.6 Course Cancellation by AstroCollege
AstroCollege reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel any course where necessary.
This may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
insufficient enrolment numbers;
instructor availability;
technical issues;
force majeure events; or
other circumstances beyond AstroCollege's reasonable control.
Where AstroCollege cancels a course before it commences, affected students will be offered one of the following options:
transfer to the next available intake;
transfer to another suitable course; or
a full refund of all tuition fees paid for that course.
5.7 Consumer Rights
AstroCollege is an Australian educational institution and operates in accordance with the laws of Australia.
Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where a student's local jurisdiction provides mandatory consumer rights that apply to the services provided by AstroCollege, those rights will continue to apply to the extent required by law.
5.8 International Students
AstroCollege welcomes students from around the world.
Students enrolling from outside Australia acknowledge that courses are delivered online in accordance with Australian educational practices, policies and these Terms & Conditions.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, computer equipment and the ability to participate in scheduled live classes at the advertised times, taking into account their local time zone.
Currency conversion fees, international bank charges and any taxes or duties imposed by the student's own country remain the responsibility of the student.
6. Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan
6.1 Overview
The Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan is a structured tuition arrangement designed for students undertaking the AstroCollege Professional Astrology Curriculum through live, instructor-led education.
The Tuition Plan is intended to make professional astrology education more accessible by allowing eligible students to pay their tuition through monthly instalments rather than paying for each individual course separately.
The Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan is a tuition payment arrangement and educational commitment. It is not a month-to-month membership or subscription service.
6.2 Eligibility
Entry into the Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan is available only to students accepted by AstroCollege.
Students will normally commence their studies with Astrology Essentials before entering the Professional Astrology Pathway. In certain circumstances, AstroCollege may recognise previous study or equivalent experience when determining eligibility.
Admission to the Tuition Plan remains at the discretion of AstroCollege.
6.3 Tuition Commitment
The Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan is based upon a minimum commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months.
By enrolling, students agree to make the required monthly/annual tuition payments for the duration of this minimum commitment, regardless of the number of classes attended during that period.
The monthly/annual tuition payments represent the agreed method of paying for the student's professional education and are not payments solely for attendance at individual monthly classes.
6.4 Educational Delivery
Students enrolled in the Professional Astrology Pathway receive access to the educational services included within their Tuition Plan, which may include:
Live online classes;
Scheduled professional curriculum subjects;
Course recordings where available;
Digital course materials;
Student learning resources;
Educational support;
Community participation opportunities; and
Other services identified by AstroCollege from time to time.
The exact services included may vary according to the student's level of study and the current curriculum.
6.5 Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
Attending scheduled classes wherever reasonably possible;
Completing course requirements and assessments where applicable;
Maintaining respectful participation within the learning environment;
Maintaining current payment details; and
Advising AstroCollege of any changes affecting their enrolment.
Failure to attend classes does not remove the student's financial obligations under the Tuition Plan.
6.6 Missed Classes
Where a student is unable to attend a scheduled live class, they may access the course recording where one has been made available.
Missed classes do not give rise to refunds, fee reductions or extensions of the Tuition Plan.
6.7 Payment Default
If a scheduled tuition payment cannot be processed, AstroCollege may:
contact the student to arrange payment;
temporarily suspend access to classes or learning resources;
defer future enrolments; or
terminate participation in the Tuition Plan where payment arrangements cannot be resolved.
Students remain responsible for any outstanding tuition obligations incurred prior to termination.
6.8 Withdrawal from the Tuition Plan
Students wishing to withdraw from the Professional Astrology Pathway should notify AstroCollege in writing as soon as practicable.
Where withdrawal occurs before completion of the minimum twelve (12) month commitment, the student remains responsible for any tuition obligations arising under that commitment, unless AstroCollege agrees otherwise in writing or exceptional circumstances apply.
AstroCollege may, at its sole discretion, consider requests for early release in cases involving serious illness, compassionate grounds or other exceptional circumstances.
6.9 Completion of the Minimum Commitment
At the conclusion of the initial twelve (12) month commitment, students may:
continue their studies through a further tuition arrangement;
return to individual course enrolments (pay-per-course), where available;
transfer to another AstroCollege learning option; or
conclude their studies.
Any continuing tuition arrangement will be confirmed in writing with the student before further payments are taken.
6.10 Changes to the Tuition Plan
AstroCollege reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:
course scheduling;
instructors;
curriculum sequencing;
educational resources;
learning technologies; and
administrative procedures,
provided that such changes do not materially reduce the educational value of the Tuition Plan.
6.11 Pace of Study
The Professional Astrology Pathway provides a structured framework for professional study; however, individual student progression may vary depending on course scheduling, curriculum availability, successful completion of prerequisites, personal circumstances, and the student's chosen rate of study.
Participation in the Tuition Plan does not guarantee completion of the Professional Astrology Curriculum within any specified timeframe.
7. Personal Astrology Pathway (Self-Paced)
7.1 Overview
The Personal Astrology Pathway is a flexible, self-paced learning option designed for students who wish to study astrology independently using recorded courses and educational resources.
Unlike the Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan, the Personal Astrology Pathway does not include scheduled live classes, instructor-led tuition or a minimum study commitment.
Students may commence, pause or conclude their studies in accordance with the provisions set out in this section.
7.2 Access to Learning
Students enrolled in the Personal Astrology Pathway receive access to the recorded courses and learning resources included within their selected learning option.
Access may include:
Recorded course presentations;
Digital course materials;
Downloadable educational resources (where provided);
Learning activities and exercises; and
Other educational resources made available by AstroCollege.
The content available may change from time to time as courses are updated, expanded or revised.
7.3 Self-Paced Study
Students undertake their studies independently and may progress through the available course material at a pace that best suits their individual circumstances.
AstroCollege does not guarantee completion within any specified timeframe.
Students are responsible for managing their own study schedule and progress.
7.4 Monthly Payments
The Personal Astrology Pathway operates through recurring monthly payments.
Monthly payments provide continued access to the Personal Astrology Pathway while the account remains active and payments continue to be successfully processed.
Monthly payments do not represent payment for ownership of the educational materials but rather for continued access to the learning platform and its resources.
7.5 Cancellation
Students may cancel their Personal Astrology Pathway at any time by providing notice through the designated cancellation process or by contacting AstroCollege.
Cancellation will prevent future recurring payments.
Unless otherwise advised at the time of cancellation, access to the Personal Astrology Pathway will continue until the end of the student's current paid billing period.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
7.6 Rejoining the Personal Astrology Pathway
Former students may rejoin the Personal Astrology Pathway at any time, subject to the enrolment options, pricing and terms in effect at the time of re-enrolment.
AstroCollege does not guarantee that previously available courses, pricing structures or learning resources will remain available following cancellation.
7.7 Changes to Content
AstroCollege continually develops and updates its educational resources.
Accordingly, courses, recordings, learning materials, educational resources, platform features and available content may be added, updated, revised or withdrawn from time to time.
Such changes form part of the ongoing development of the Personal Astrology Pathway and do not constitute grounds for refund.
7.8 Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, computer equipment and compatible software necessary to access the Personal Astrology Pathway.
AstroCollege is not responsible for interruptions caused by a student's equipment, internet service or third-party technology outside the College's reasonable control.
7.9 Educational Support
Unless specifically stated within the student's enrolment, the Personal Astrology Pathway does not include individual tuition, personalised mentoring or instructor support.
Where optional support services become available, they may be offered separately and may incur additional fees.
8. Astrology Learning Library
8.1 Overview
The Astrology Learning Library provides members with ongoing access to an extensive collection of recorded educational resources for personal enrichment, continuing education and professional development.
The Learning Library is designed as a flexible learning resource and is not a structured curriculum or qualification program. Access to the Learning Library does not constitute enrolment in the AstroCollege Professional Astrology Curriculum or the Personal Astrology Pathway.
8.2 Library Content
The Astrology Learning Library may include a wide variety of educational resources, including but not limited to:
Recorded lectures;
Professional seminars;
Workshops;
Conference recordings;
Educational interviews;
Special presentations;
Historical archive material; and
Other educational content produced or licensed by AstroCollege.
The collection continues to grow and evolve as new educational resources are added.

Access is personal to the registered student and may not be shared, transferred, copied or made available to any other individual.
8.4 Monthly Payments
The Astrology Learning Library operates through recurring monthly/annual payments.
Monthly/annual payments provide continued access to the Learning Library during each paid billing period.
Monthly/annual payments do not transfer ownership of any educational content and provide access only while the student's enrolment remains active.
8.5 Cancellation
Students may discontinue their Learning Library enrolment at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future monthly/annual payments from being processed.
Unless otherwise advised, access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period, after which access to the Learning Library will cease.
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
8.6 Changes to the Library
AstroCollege continually expands, updates and reviews its educational resources.
Accordingly, educational content may be:
added;
updated;
revised;
replaced;
reorganised; or
removed
from time to time as part of the ongoing development of the Learning Library.
Such changes are a normal part of maintaining a current educational resource and do not constitute grounds for refund.
8.7 Educational Nature of the Library
The Astrology Learning Library is intended as a continuing education resource.
Although many recordings may complement courses within the Professional Astrology Curriculum or the Personal Astrology Pathway, completion or viewing of Learning Library content does not, by itself:
satisfy course prerequisites;
constitute formal course completion;
earn academic credit;
replace instructor-led tuition; or
lead to certification, accreditation or qualification.
8.8 Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, computer equipment and compatible software necessary to access the Learning Library.
AstroCollege is not responsible for interruptions caused by a student's equipment, internet service provider or third-party technology beyond the College's reasonable control.
8.9 Intellectual Property
All recordings, presentations, documents, videos, audio recordings, downloadable materials and other Learning Library resources remain the intellectual property of AstroCollege or their respective copyright owners.
Students are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the Learning Library for their own educational purposes only.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, uploaded, shared, broadcast, sold or otherwise used without the prior written permission of AstroCollege or the applicable copyright owner.
9. Changes Between Learning Options
9.1 Flexibility of Study
AstroCollege recognises that a student's educational goals and personal circumstances may change over time.
Where appropriate, students may request to change between available learning options, subject to the eligibility requirements, availability and policies applicable to the requested learning option.
9.2 Requests to Change Learning Options
Students wishing to change their learning option should contact AstroCollege to discuss the most appropriate pathway for their continued studies.
Any approved change will be effective from a date determined by AstroCollege and may be subject to revised tuition fees, payment arrangements or enrolment requirements.
9.3 Professional Astrology Pathway
Students wishing to transfer into the Professional Astrology Pathway Tuition Plan must satisfy the eligibility requirements for admission.
AstroCollege may consider factors including:
Previous study completed through AstroCollege;
Equivalent prior learning or experience;
Completion of prerequisite studies;
Current curriculum availability; and
The student's educational objectives.
Acceptance into the Professional Astrology Pathway is not automatic and remains at the discretion of AstroCollege.
9.4 Individual Course Enrolments
Students enrolled in either the Personal Astrology Pathway or the Astrology Learning Library may choose to enrol in individual pay-per-course offerings where they satisfy any applicable prerequisites.
Likewise, students studying individual courses may later elect to apply for entry into the Professional Astrology Pathway or another eligible learning option.
9.5 Personal Astrology Pathway and Learning Library
Students may move between the Personal Astrology Pathway and the Astrology Learning Library at any time by selecting the appropriate learning option and completing the applicable enrolment process.
Changes will take effect from the commencement of the next applicable billing period unless otherwise agreed by AstroCollege.
9.6 Recognition of Previous Study
Where a student changes learning options, AstroCollege may recognise previous study completed through AstroCollege when determining appropriate placement within the Professional Astrology Curriculum.
Recognition of previous study is determined by AstroCollege having regard to curriculum requirements, course equivalencies and academic standards.
9.7 Fees and Payments
Changing from one learning option to another does not automatically result in:
a refund;
a credit;
the transfer of previous payments; or
the waiver of future tuition or enrolment fees.
Any financial adjustments will be determined in accordance with the policies applicable to the student's existing and proposed learning options.
9.8 Continued Access
Where a student changes learning options, access to learning resources associated with their previous enrolment may cease in accordance with the terms governing that learning option.
Access to the new learning option will commence once enrolment has been completed and any applicable payments have been received.
9.9 Educational Guidance
AstroCollege is committed to helping students select the learning option that best supports their individual goals, experience and preferred style of study.
Students who are uncertain which learning option is most appropriate are encouraged to contact AstroCollege for guidance before making changes to their enrolment.
10. Examinations, Academic Credit & Recognition
10.1 Overview
AstroCollege offers examinations for selected courses as part of its academic framework. Successful completion of an examination may enable a student to obtain academic credit towards AstroCollege qualifications and recognised study pathways.
Unless otherwise specified, participation in examinations is optional and is intended for students seeking formal recognition of their studies.
10.2 Academic Credit
Academic credit may be awarded for successfully completing the prescribed examination for eligible courses.
Academic credit contributes towards the completion of AstroCollege qualifications, certificates, diplomas or other recognised programs as determined by the applicable curriculum.
Completion of a course without successfully completing the associated examination does not automatically award academic credit where an examination is required.
Students who have previously completed eligible AstroCollege courses may apply to sit the relevant examinations at a later date in order to obtain academic credit, provided the course remains recognised within the current curriculum or any transitional arrangements published by AstroCollege.
10.3 Examination Eligibility
Students must satisfy any published prerequisites before being eligible to sit an examination.
AstroCollege reserves the right to determine examination eligibility, including satisfactory completion of course requirements, attendance obligations or other academic criteria.
10.4 Examination Fees
A separate examination fee applies where a student elects to sit an examination that is not a part of an already paid course.
At the date of publication of these Terms & Conditions, the examination fee is USD $100 per examination.
AstroCollege reserves the right to amend examination fees from time to time. Any revised fee will apply only to examinations booked after the revised fee becomes effective.
10.5 Re-sitting Examinations
Students who do not achieve a passing result may apply to re-sit the examination, subject to AstroCollege's academic requirements.
Each examination attempt is treated as a separate examination and attracts the applicable examination fee.
There is no limit on the number of examination attempts unless otherwise specified by AstroCollege.
10.6 Fast-Tracking Qualifications
Students who have completed eligible AstroCollege courses may elect to sit examinations at a later date in order to obtain academic credit towards qualifications.
This enables students who have undertaken self-paced learning, attended courses without assessment or accumulated study over time to progress towards recognised qualifications by successfully completing the required examinations.
10.7 Examination Conduct
Students undertaking examinations are expected to uphold AstroCollege's standards of academic integrity.
Students must not:
obtain unauthorised assistance;
impersonate another person;
share examination materials;
reproduce examination questions without permission; or
engage in conduct that compromises the integrity of the examination process.
AstroCollege may invalidate examination results where academic misconduct is reasonably suspected.
10.8 Examination Results
AstroCollege will assess examinations within a reasonable period and advise students of their results.
AstroCollege's academic decision regarding examination outcomes is final unless an administrative error has occurred or a review is permitted under AstroCollege's published policies.
10.9 Future Academic Recognition
AstroCollege may introduce additional qualifications, academic pathways, micro-credentials, certifications, continuing professional education or other forms of academic recognition in the future.
Academic credit previously obtained may be recognised within future programs in accordance with the curriculum requirements applicable at that time.
11. Audiovisual Recordings
11.1 Recording of Educational Activities

11.3 Student Participation
By participating in live online educational activities, students acknowledge and agree that their name, voice, image, video, questions, comments or other contributions may be recorded as part of the educational session.
Students who do not wish to appear on video may choose to disable their camera where the online platform permits.
Students who do not wish to contribute verbally may choose to participate using alternative communication methods where available.

Where recordings are subsequently used outside the original course, AstroCollege will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal student information is not unnecessarily disclosed.
11.5 Student Recording of Classes
Students may not record, copy, photograph, livestream, screen-record or otherwise reproduce any AstroCollege educational activity without the prior written permission of AstroCollege.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:
live online classes;
webinars;
tutorials;
workshops;
presentations;
videos;
audio recordings; and
educational materials displayed during a class.
11.6 Distribution of Recordings
Course recordings and educational materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of the enrolled student.
Students must not:

create derivative works from AstroCollege recordings without written permission.
11.7 Intellectual Property
All recordings remain the intellectual property of AstroCollege or the relevant presenter, lecturer or copyright owner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions transfers ownership of any intellectual property to a student.
Students receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access recordings made available as part of their enrolment.
11.8 Removal or Editing of Recordings
AstroCollege reserves the right to edit, archive, replace or remove recordings where necessary for educational, legal, technical or administrative reasons.
AstroCollege is not obliged to retain recordings indefinitely.
11.9 Privacy
AstroCollege will take reasonable steps to manage recordings in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
Where practicable, recordings intended for broader educational use may be edited to minimise unnecessary disclosure of personal student information.
11.10 Historical Educational Archive
AstroCollege has maintained an educational archive spanning many years of astrology teaching and professional development.
Students acknowledge that recordings may become part of AstroCollege's long-term educational archive and may continue to be used as educational resources for future students, provided such use is consistent with these Terms & Conditions and applicable privacy obligations.

12.5 Political and Religious Discussions
AstroCollege welcomes students from many countries, cultures, backgrounds and belief systems.
To maintain an inclusive educational environment, discussions that are primarily political, religious or ideological and are unrelated to the educational purpose of the activity should be avoided.
Where such topics arise naturally within the context of astrology, history or education, they should be approached respectfully, professionally and with consideration for others.
12.6 Online Communities
These Community Standards apply equally to all AstroCollege online environments, including but not limited to:
Live online classes;
Student discussion groups;

Social learning platforms;
