5. Tuition Plan - Based Programs (Monthly & Annual)
5.1 Professional Astrology Program Tuition Plan
The Professional Astrology Program Tuition Plan is designed to provide students with an affordable method of completing AstroCollege's structured Professional Astrology qualification through manageable monthly tuition payments.
Unlike the purchase of individual courses, the Tuition Plan is based upon continuous enrolment and supports ongoing participation in the Professional Astrology Program as students progress through the curriculum.
Monthly tuition payments provide continued access to the Professional Astrology Program and associated student resources while enrolled.
The Tuition Plan is not intended to operate as a pay-per-course, pay-per-semester, or intermittent subscription whereby students suspend payments between teaching periods and recommence only when the next course begins.
Students seeking the flexibility to study only selected courses may enrol in individual courses at the applicable course tuition fees rather than through the Professional Astrology Program Tuition Plan.
Monthly tuition payments are billed in advance and will automatically renew on each billing date unless the student's enrolment is withdrawn in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Continuous Enrolment
The Professional Astrology Program is offered as a structured, progressive course of study leading towards professional qualification.
Enrolment under the Professional Astrology Program Tuition Plan is based upon continuous enrolment, allowing students to progress through the curriculum while spreading the cost of their education over manageable monthly tuition payments.
The Tuition Plan has been developed to support students throughout their professional studies and is not intended to operate as a pay-per-course, pay-per-semester, or intermittent payment arrangement whereby students suspend tuition payments between teaching periods and recommence only when the next course begins.
Students wishing to study individual courses without maintaining continuous enrolment are welcome to enrol in those courses separately at the applicable course tuition fees.
By enrolling in the Professional Astrology Program Tuition Plan, students acknowledge and accept that continuous enrolment forms a fundamental condition of participation in the Program.
5.3 Withdrawal and Re-Enrolment
Students may withdraw from the Professional Astrology Program at any time by providing written notice. Withdrawal will take effect at the end of the student's current paid tuition period, after which access to the Professional Astrology Program and associated student benefits will cease.
Students who voluntarily withdraw from the Professional Astrology Program are welcome to re-enrol at any time.
However, where a student elects to withdraw from the Program and subsequently seeks to re-enrol within six (6) months of their withdrawal date, a Professional Astrology Program Re-Enrolment Fee of USD $200 will apply before access to the Program can be reinstated.
The Re-Enrolment Fee assists in covering the administrative costs associated with restoring enrolment, reviewing academic progression, updating student records, reinstating learning access, curriculum alignment, and the re-establishment of the student's Professional Astrology Program.
Students re-enrolling after withdrawal will be subject to the Professional Astrology Program Tuition Plan, pricing, curriculum requirements, and Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of re-enrolment.
AstroCollege reserves the right to require refresher study or completion of prerequisite material where significant curriculum changes have occurred during the student's absence.
The Professional Astrology Program Tuition Plan has been established to support continuous enrolment throughout a student's professional studies. It must not be used as a means of reducing tuition costs by repeatedly cancelling and re-enrolling between teaching semesters or scheduled courses.
5.4 Exceptional Circumstances and Approved Suspensions
AstroCollege recognises that genuine exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise that temporarily prevent a student from continuing their Professional Astrology Program studies.
These may include, but are not limited to, serious illness, injury, bereavement, family emergencies, military service, or other compassionate grounds.
Students experiencing exceptional circumstances may submit a written request to temporarily suspend their Professional Astrology Program enrolment.
Requests for suspension will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of AstroCollege. Approval is not automatic and must be confirmed in writing.
Where an approved suspension has been granted, AstroCollege may waive the Professional Astrology Program Re-Enrolment Fee and determine an appropriate date for the student's return to the Program.
AstroCollege reserves the right to request reasonable supporting documentation where appropriate before approving a suspension.
Nothing in this clause limits AstroCollege's discretion to approve, decline, extend or vary any suspension request based on the individual circumstances presented.
5.5 AstroCollege Discretion and Program Administration
AstroCollege reserves the right to administer the Professional Astrology Program Tuition Plan in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and in the best interests of maintaining a fair, sustainable, and high-quality educational program for all students.
Any exception to these Terms & Conditions, including approved enrolment suspensions, fee waivers, deferred payments, or alternative enrolment arrangements, shall be granted solely at the discretion of AstroCollege and shall not create an ongoing entitlement or precedent for any other student or future enrolment.
AstroCollege reserves the right to amend the Professional Astrology Program Tuition Plan, tuition fees, curriculum, course scheduling, enrolment requirements, and related policies from time to time. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated to students where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits AstroCollege's right to make reasonable administrative decisions necessary for the effective operation, integrity, and continued development of the Professional Astrology Program.
