to any person or organization outside of Astrocollege Pty Ltd except for the specific purposes of fulfilling an order, providing the requested service, or facilitating communication within the community.

When you register for a course, purchase an item from our online store, or join our online astrology community, we generally collect your name, email address, physical and/or delivery address, and telephone number. This information is used to process your order and, if necessary, to contact you regarding your order or service.

If you engage in the online community or request astrological services from us (such as a personal chart report), additional information may be collected. This includes birth information (date, time, and place of birth), as well as other personal information you may choose to share, such as details about your life, relationships, and questions. Our online classes, lectures, and meetings are hosted by third-party services such as Zoom or

GoToMeeting or others. When you participate in these services, your personal information is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.

Audiovisual recordings of certain lectures or workshops may be made available for sale or distribution through platforms like Vimeo. Your information provided to these platforms is governed by their privacy policies.

Information Shared During Online Meetings

Our online events (classes, workshops, meetings) are public forums. Any personal information shared in these settings may be viewed by others in attendance. Astrocollege Pty Ltd cannot guarantee the privacy of personal information disclosed in these environments. Please exercise discretion when sharing information in such public settings. All classes and presentations hosted by Astrocollege Pty Ltd are recorded. Your participation in any event, including your voice, image, and personal data, may also be recorded and potentially distributed. Please review the following important information to protect your privacy. By attending any event hosted by Astrocollege Pty Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Astrocollege Privacy Policy

For Pocket Courses and Monthly Series:

The audiovisual recordings of most of Astrocollege Pty Ltd’s Pocket Courses and Monthly Series events are publicly distributed and made available for purchase. If you prefer not to have your image and/or voice recorded or made public, you must ensure that your camera and/or microphone remain off during the event. Alternatively, you can opt not to attend the live event and access the recording afterward. Registrants of live events will receive access to the recordings even if they do not attend the event.

During certain events, participants may voluntarily provide personal information, such as birthdetails, for horoscope discussions. If you prefer not to have this information made public, refrain from sharing your birth information either before or during the event.

By voluntarily attending and participating in live events, including sharing personal horoscopeinformation, you grant Astrocollege Pty Ltd irrevocable, unlimited permission to use your image, voice, contributions (including text, birth information, and horoscope discussions), and any other material you share during the event, across all media, without compensation, worldwide, and inperpetuity. You also release Astrocollege Pty Ltd from any liability associated with these uses.

For Certain Private Events:

Some events are specifically designed for discussing private horoscopes or personal matters. The audiovisual recordings from such events are distributed exclusively to registrants and are not made public. These events will be clearly indicated on the registration page to ensure participants are aware of the privacy level of their participation.

For Regular Classes:

All regular classes at Astrocollege Pty Ltd (including Beginner Classes, Professional Training, Specialized Training, and other language-specific programs) are recorded and made available privately to registrants. These recordings are not made public, and all participation is treated confidentially.

For Children’s Classes:

Class sessions in the Children’s Department are also recorded, but these recordings are only distributed to registrants at the discretion of the instructors. If you have questions or concerns, please consult your instructor.
