Aswin Subramanyan traces his astrological lineage through a maternal heritage of over 350 years.

Deeply rooted in Jyotisa, he thoughtfully integrates Hellenistic and Medieval Persian influences into his practice. He holds a Diploma in Traditional Natal Predictive Astrology and an M.A. in Indian Astrology, and is currently pursuing a PhD program.

Aswin is the author of Firdaria – Periods of Life and co-author of Astrology by Moonlight.

He is a council member and journal editor for the Association for Professional Astrologers International (APAI). He teaches the Diploma in Indian Astrology at his school, Cosmic Lineage Academy.
