Lynn Koiner is a highly experienced astrologer who has been practicing professionally since 1969. She is particularly well-known for her work in medical astrology, where she analyzes how astrological transits and progressions can trigger health issues, including disorders like ADD, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Lynn has a long-standing association with the American Federation of Astrologers (AFA), where she is a life member. She also teaches the Medical Professional Curriculum at the International Academy of Astrology, helping students prepare for certification in medical astrology. Her approach combines deep astrological knowledge with practical insights into how planetary movements impact health.

Beyond medical astrology, Lynn has a broad interest in esoteric astrology and has contributed significantly to the field through teaching, writing, and lectures. There has been a lot of research conducted in the realm of traditional science that can be incorporated into her astrological studies. The Society for Scientific Exploration has been one of the bridging scientific organizations.

Lynn has been teaching the Medical Curriculum for the International Academy since January 2009. The completion of six courses are required for a Diploma in Medical Astrology.
